Jim was our bus driver, and we had the best time with him & Rhonda on the bus with us. The lights were great and we ended the night with a nice dinner in Ellijay before heading back. They answered all my questions so quickly over email and were so friendly every time I talked to them. Monica, the operations manager, was so sweet and incredible. It was a seamless process, and they took care of everything. They even put a shuttle pickup time itinerary in the lobby of our hotel so guests would be more aware of the pickup time. It was perfect!"
